A woman who lost 30 kgs without going to the gym outlines easy daily routines that helped her lose weight and maintain her health.

Losing weight is a continuous process that requires not just dietary and exercise adjustments but also a lot of mental fortitude. This was proven by a consistently young woman who lost 30 kg without hitting the gym.
Udita Agarwal shared easy daily routines that allowed her to lose weight and maintain her health without the need for rigorous exercise regimens or rigid diets. In one of her April posts on Instagram, Udita listed eight daily routines that aided her in reaching her fitness objectives.
Detox Water Every Day
Udita uses a homemade detox combination that involves boiling methi (fenugreek), saunf (fennel), ajwain (carom seeds), and jeera (cumin) in water. She said that it enhanced her digestion and prevented bloating.
Checking Weight Daily
Although her weight occasionally increased, Udit did not let that deter her from checking it daily. Rather, she maintained her regimen and had faith in the process because of her diet. “I never let the numbers on the scale affect my mindset and stayed consistent,” she said in the post’s caption.
One Cheat Moment Is Not The Same As A Cheat Day
Despite having a minor cheat moment, Udita did not allow it to ruin her entire day. She immediately resumed eating according to her regimen and remained dedicated to it.
Tea Without Snacks
Udita avoided mindless eating while enjoying her regular cup of tea without accompanying it with packaged or fried snacks.
Homemade Meals
She mentioned that she brought her own tiffin with homemade meals to prevent eating anything unhealthy while out for functions or errands.
Soaked Chia Seeds
In addition to drinking 3 to 4 litres of water every day, Udita made a detox drink by soaking chia seeds in half a litre of water and sipping on it throughout the day.
NO To Maida
Udita maintained a realistic and sustainable routine by cutting out refined flour (maida) from her diet without completely eliminating sugar.
Water Before Meals
Drinking water before every meal was a simple yet effective habit that prevented overeating and prolonged feelings of fullness.
Despite Udita’s listed simple habits for losing weight, it is recommended that one should consult a certified nutritionist before beginning their weight loss journey.
