The Noida Authority has launched a new commercial plot scheme under the ‘Hosiery Complex Scheme’, offering a prime opportunity for investors and businesses looking to purchase commercial property in the city. Applications can be submitted online until June 26.
The initiative offers commercial plots of varying sizes in Sectors 39, 40, 69, 80, 82, and 84A of Noida, catering to both small and large enterprises. The scheme includes plots ranging from 18 to 300 square metres, making it accessible for all types of businesses.
According to the Noida Authority website, applications are to be submitted entirely online. A processing fee of Rs 11,800 and 10% of the reserve price of the plot must be deposited at the time of application, along with an 18% GST payment. Participants must complete the online payment by 5 pm on June 26, as the scheme closes on June 27.
The scheme features 13 commercial plots that will be allocated through a bidding process, with the highest bidder receiving the plot. Noida Authority officials have indicated that, following the successful execution of this scheme, there are plans to introduce larger commercial plots to the market soon.
