Thanksgiving Day Parades delight crowds across the country

Bad weather hung over Thanksgiving festivities across the country. But in New York, the balloons were allowed to fly for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, just not very high. And New York wasn’t the only place with a parade. Erroll Barnett reports.
