- Kumaon & I Provincial Gin – 60 ml
- Dry Vermouth – 5–10 ml (adjust to taste)
- Lemon Peel – 1 strip, for garnish
Glass: Martini Glass
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
- Add 60ml of Kumaon & I Gin.
- Gradually pour in dry vermouth, adjusting the amount to your desired flavour profile. The more vermouth you use, the more herbal the cocktail will become.
- Stir and strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.

Bandarful Espresso Martini
Ingredients
- Bandarful Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur – 15 ml
- Vodka – 45 ml
- Espresso – 1 shot (freshly brewed)
- Sugar Syrup – 7.5 ml

Method
