RVNL announces final dividend of Rs 1.72 per share for FY2024-25.
RVNL Final Dividend 2025: Along with its quarterly results, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) announced a final dividend of Rs 1.72 per share (17.20 per cent) for the financial year 2024-25 on Wednesday. The final dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.
On Wednesday, RVNL shares fell 0.70 per cent to settle at Rs 412.10 apiece. It was lower than the previous day close at Rs 415 apiece.
RVNL Q4 FY25 Results
RVNL reported that its net profit dropped 4 per cent on a year-to-year basis to Rs 459.12 crore in Q4 FY25, as compared to Rs 478.40 crore in Q4 FY24. Meanwhile, the total income for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 stood at Rs 6,613 crore, down 5 per cent YoY from Rs 6,994.31 crore in Q4 FY24. EPS stood at Rs 2.20, as compared to Rs 2.29 in Q4 FY24.

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited is an Indian central Public Sector Undertaking which works as the construction arm of the Ministry of Railways for project implementation and transportation infrastructure development. It was established in 2003 to manage the execution of railway infrastructure projects. RVNL is a Navratna PSU and is responsible for implementing projects like doubling of lines, gauge conversion, new lines, railway electrification, bridges, and workshops.
