Maggi, loved by people of all ages, is known for its quick preparation and delicious spices. But have you ever tried making it with a twist? Easy to make and bursting with flavour, this mountain-style Maggi will double the fun of your snack time, and might even remind you of the hills.
Ingredients
- 2 packets Maggi noodles
- ½ cup chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, tomato, green chilli)
- 2 packets Maggi Masala-e-Magic
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ tsp peri-peri masala
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Schezwan chutney
- 2 tsp mayonnaise
- 2 cheese cubes, grated
- 2–3 cubes of butter
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Recipe
- Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, and green chillies. Saute lightly until they soften.
- Add Schezwan chutney, mayonnaise, Kashmiri red chilli powder, peri-peri masala, and chilli flakes. Mix everything well.
- Pour in 1.5 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Add Maggi noodles and Maggi Masala-e-Magic. Stir and let it cook on a low flame, mixing occasionally.
- Once the Maggi is almost cooked, add grated cheese and stir until it melts into the mixture.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
The spicy kick of this Maggi paired with the creamy cheese makes it a snack worth remembering. It’s perfect with a cup of tea or as a quick evening bite.
