Miley Cyrus has seemingly made a reference to her past in latest music video.
On June 6, Cyrus premiered the film that accompanies her new Something Beautiful album at the Tribeca Festival in New York City.
However, one scene from the film caught everyone’s attention as it appeared to be a nod at Cyrus’ ex-partner Patrick Schwarzenegger.
In the track Walk of Fame, the Grammy-winner can be seen laying on Patrick’s father Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
Walk of Fame, is a song in collaboration with Brittany Howard with lyrics focused on experience with fame and how it affects one’s life. The lyrics goes like, “Ooh, yeah, it’s a walk of fame / And through the tears, I can see it so clear / Walk away, walk away.”
Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger dated from November 2014 to April 2015.
Recently, Cyrus talked about filming the video during her appearance at Jimmy Kimmel Live!
She revealed that while they were filming on the sidewalks in the middle of the night, she caught something and “was put in ICU.”
“My leg began to disintegrate … around the kneecap area. And then the doctor goes, ‘Do you have any idea why you would have such a brutal infection on your kneecap?’” the Flowers hitmaker shared about the injury.
