Miley Cyrus is setting the record straight!
During a recent chat with her mother Tish Cyrus on the June 19 episode of Sorry We’re Cyrus, she asked the Flower singer about her any “core memory” from Hannah Montana.
It is pertinent to mention that in Disney’s live-action comedy series that ran from 2006 to 2011, Miley played the protagonist a typical teenage girl named Miley Stewart, who lived a double life as a famous pop singer Hannah Montana.
Miley accused her father Billy Ray Cyrus who also played her on-screen dad on the show, of smoking marijuana on the set, sharing she got blamed for using the drug.
Responding to Tish’s question, Miley said, “Dad smoking pot and everyone blaming me for it.”
“It’s hilarious. He wasn’t sharing,” she added.
Tish added that she used to defend her ex-husband from the accusations.
“They were calling me, saying, ‘B. Ray was smoking pot,'” Tish shared. “And I was saying, ‘He would never do that.'”
