Lauren Sanches revealed her diet plan to shed a few pounds before her big day.
In a recent chat with Vogue, the 55-year-old shared some rare insights into the lifestyle changes she did ahead of her wedding with Jeff Bezos.
Lauren, who tied the knot with the Amazon founder on June 27, told the outlet that she lost almost three and a half pounds before her walk down the aisle by following a fitness regime
“Some people meditate, I work out,” Lauren revealed in the interview published on June 27.
“It’s something Jeff and I do every morning. We have our coffee, we talk about whatever’s going on and then we go to the gym.”
Moreover, the Emmy award-winning journalist also revealed that weeks before her nuptial she dropped her salt intake and avoided alcohol.
“I like food,” she noted. “Food is such a big part of life. I’m Latin!”
It is pertinent to mention that Lauren was previously married to ex-husband Patrick Whitesell for 14 years, from 2005 to 2019 and they share two children, a son named Evan and a daughter named Ella. She also shares Nikko Gonzale from her previous relationship with NFL player Tony Gonzalez.
