Kotak Mahindra Bank will hold a Board of Directors meeting on Saturday, July 26, 2025, to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1FY26). 40th AGM Scheduled for August 2
The bank has also scheduled its Fortieth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. IST. The AGM will be held through Video Conferencing (VC), enabling remote participation from shareholders and stakeholders.
Final Dividend Record Date Fixed for July 18
Kotak Mahindra Bank has declared Friday, July 18, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend for FY25, subject to approval at the AGM. If declared, the dividend will be paid on or before Friday, August 8, 2025.
