Prince William is reportedly planning the role of an iron wall when it comes to keeping King Charles from making amends with Prince Harry.
British royals expert Hilary Fordwich commented on the entire issue pertaining to the King and his youngest.
She told Fox News Digital, “King Charles remains tender towards his son but can’t risk communication” right now.
Especially not since Prince Harry sat down with the BBC after losing his appeal for taxpayer funded security.
At the time he had voiced concerns about King Charles’ role in his request being denied and urged him to ‘step aside’ and allow things to move forward.
However, what makes matters even worse now is that “Prince William now has absolutely no interest in mending fences” either.
And “those close to the king say he [shouldn’t] make peace with Harry in a way that would burden Prince William’s future reign.”
As of right now “the animosity is so deep that William has shut the door on Harry,” and “Charles is not willing to go against his heir’s wishes,” either Ms Fordwich explained.
So “everything comes down to trust and the lack of it,” she said in her concluding words.
