Ingredients For Fried Rice Omelette Roll
- 2 cups boiled rice
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped beans
- 1 tsp corn starch
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp oil
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables for a minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
