Infosys Final Dividend 2025: Infosys has announced a final dividend Rs 22 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. IT company also declared its quarterly results for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
Infosys’ shares ended flat on Wednesday at Rs 1572.05 apiece, with the day’s high and low at Rs 1587 and Rs 1570.05, respectively. The scrip opened at Rs 1574.05 apiece, against the previous day close at Rs 1570.50 apiece.
Infosys is part of BSE Sensex and has a market cap of Rs 6.53 lakh crore as of May 28.
The final payout of Rs 22 per share is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 21 per share earlier announced with ex-date on October 29, 2024.

The record date for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of final dividend is May 30, 2025. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2025.

Infosys Q4FY25 Results
IT major Infosys on Thursday posted an 11.7 per cent year-on-year decline in its net profit to Rs 7,033 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2025 (Q4 FY25). Its revenues during January-March 2025 rose 7.9% year-over-year (YoY) to Rs 40,925 crore, compared with Rs 37,923 crore a year ago.
Infosys’ net profit had stood at Rs 7,969 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Infosys Share Price History
Over the past two weeks, Infosys shares have experienced a decline of Rs 20.55, marking a 1.29% decrease. This contrasts with the BSE Focused IT index, which saw a minor dip of 0.94%, and the BSE Information Technology index, which fell by 0.48%. The BSE TECK index also experienced a slight decrease of 0.21% over the same period.
In a broader context, Infosys shares have had a mixed performance. Over the past three months, the share price decreased by Rs 116, translating to a 6.87% drop. Year-to-date, the shares have fallen by Rs 310.60, or 16.50%. However, looking at a longer-term perspective, Infosys shares have increased by Rs 105.85 over the past year, representing a 7.22% gain. Over the past three years, the shares have risen by Rs 111.20, with a 7.61% increase.
