Airtel Final Dividend 2025 Record Date: Bharti Airtel has announced a final dividend for the financial year 2024–25, subject to shareholders’ approval at its upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). In a regulatory filing, the telecom major said its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 16 per fully paid-up equity share and Rs. 4 per partly paid-up equity share.
Airtel Final Dividend 2025 Record Date
The final dividend, once approved by the shareholders, will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear in the company’s register of members or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners on the record date set as Friday, July 18, 2025.
Upon approval by members, the dividend will be paid (subject to tax deduction at source) within 30 days from the date of approval to those members/beneficial owners whose names appear in the register of members/depository records as of the close of business hours on Friday, July 18, 2025.
Airtel Share Price
On Wednesday, shares of Airtel were trading at Rs 1867.10 apiece with a gain of Rs 1854.80 apiece.
Airtel Q4 FY25 Results
Sunil Bharti Mittal-led telecom operator Bharti Airtel reported on that its net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 stood at Rs 11,021 crore, as compared to Rs 2071 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. It registered a 432 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The jump in net profit came due to one-time settlement amount .
Telecom operator saw an improvement in Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) to Rs 245 in Q4 FY25 against Rs 209 in Q4 FY24.
Meanwhile, Bharti Airtel’s revenue stood at Rs 47,876 crore in Q4 FY25, registering a 27.3 per cent YoY.
The company’s mobile services showed the growth driven by tariff repair, strong smartphone customer additions and premiumization efforts.
