Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla are designing the premiere looks for the cast of Sitaare Zameen Par. Aamir Khan Productions shared a series of BTS pictures with the designer duo.

Actor Aamir Khan is currently preparing for the release of his upcoming film, Sitaare Zameen Par. Scheduled for release on 20 June 2025, the sports comedy-drama has been directed by R. S. Prasanna. In anticipation of the release, Aamir Khan Productions has generated excitement online with a glimpse of the upcoming premiere. They shared photos and announced that celebrated designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla are designing the premiere’s looks.
Taking to Instagram, Aamir Khan Productions shared behind-the-scenes photos showcasing the glamorous outfits set to grace the red carpet. They wrote, “Premiere looks are about to get legendary; get ready for a Sitaare-studded surprise!” The pictures offer a glimpse of the final fittings for the entire cast, including Aamir Khan, Genelia Deshmukh, and ten promising newcomers. The wardrobe has been curated by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, renowned for their luxurious aesthetic and iconic red-carpet couture.

Aamir Khan Productions introduces ten promising new faces in Sitaare Zameen Par: Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. The film marks a significant return for director R. S. Prasanna, known for the hit Shubh Mangal Saavdhan, now collaborating with Khan.
Starring Aamir Khan and Genelia Deshmukh in the lead roles alongside the debutants, the film promises a heartwarming and powerful cinematic experience. With lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music by the acclaimed trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Sitaare Zameen Par features a screenplay by Divy Nidhi Sharma. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka also serving as producer.
Discussing the theatrical release of Sitaare Zameen Par, Khan told News18 Showsha, “I don’t know any business where you offer your product, and if someone doesn’t buy it, you tell them – don’t worry, I’ll drop it at your house for free in eight weeks. It doesn’t make sense to me. That’s the reason many films aren’t doing well in theatres. I believe in theatres. I believe in my audience. If you make a good film, people will come to watch it on the big screen.”
Sitaare Zameen Par is scheduled for theatrical release on June 20, 2025.
