Speaking to Local18, ice cream expert Ganesh Mahajan shared that the ice cream is made using just two ingredients, milk and mawa (khoya). There’s no need for any artificial flavours or preservatives, making it a healthy and natural treat.
Ganesh Mahajan emphasised that this desi ice cream contains no added chemicals, which is why it stays fresh for about 24 hours. “Because we don’t use any preservatives, it’s best to consume it within a day,” he said. “It’s completely homemade and safe for everyone, including children.”
