Gypsy-Rose Blanchard didn’t get the best response to her first cosmetic surgery.
The Munchausen by proxy victim, 33, made an appearance in a recent episode of Tori Spelling’s podcast misSPELLING, where she reflected on the instant fame she received shortly after her release from prison in December 2023.
“Coming out of prison I got on social media and there were all these people judging me and basically making me a celebrity overnight,” she began.
The influencer mom also revealed that the instant fame came as a surprise to her.
“I’m not a celebrity, I don’t think of myself as a celebrity, I’m just a person and I didn’t expect to come out to such a big platform,” she further told Spelling.
Blanchard then added that the fame mostly came with trolling over the appearance of her “nose,” eventually leading her to undergo rhinoplasty.
“I learned really fast that there are people that will not take their shoe off to tell you, you have a big a** nose,” Blanchard said on the podcast.
This isn’t the first time she has spoken of the cosmetic procedure. Back in April, she described the procedure as part of a broader personal transformation.
“I’m going through a personal transformation journey currently and that includes a physical one, too,” she said at the time.
