Embracing the cultures of the world through fashion, Sonam Kapoor made a statement in a one-of-a-kind ensemble from Dior. The global ambassador of the French luxury house looked comfortably chic in the Japanese-inspired creative piece.
Sonam was styled in a Kimono Jacket from the Dior Fall 2025 collection, which was showcased in Kyoto, Japan, in April 2025. At the convergence of tradition and excellence, Sonam’s ensemble, conceived by Maria Grazia Chiuri for the Dior Fall 2025 collection, expresses the fundamental symbiosis linking French tailoring savoir-faire and the principles specific to kimono construction.
Playing with lengths, as well as effects of volume and texture, the jacket embraces culture with a contemporary flair. The fascinating narrative of floral motifs, the enveloping jacket and the belt complemented Sonam’s look, which was put together by celebrity fashion stylists Rhea Kapoor, Chandni Modha and Abhilasha Devnani. Sonam’s hair and makeup was done by Stephen Beaver and Maria Asadi, respectively.
Sonam accessorised with jewellery pieces designed by Jessica McCormack. Sonam and Rhea also shared a BTS video of her getting ready and having a gala time shooting the look on the streets of London.

Spotted at the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party were Isha Ambani Piramal, Cate Blanchett, and will.i.am, Rebel Wilson, Lily Allen, Marina Tabassum, Harris Reed, Celia Imrie, Jessica Gunning, Eiza González, Ramona Agruma, Hans-Ulrich Obrist and Kelly Osbourne, among others.
Celebrated for her work in establishing an architectural language that is both contemporary and deeply connected to a specific place, climate, context, culture, and history, Marina Tabassum brought her distinctive vision to the Serpentine Pavilion 2025.
