Scream 7 actress Anna Camp has teased Neve Campbell’s return in the new film.
This is a welcome insight as Paramount Pictures has kept details of the upcoming horror flick under wraps.
In an interview with MovieWeb, Camp remained tight-lipped about plot details but teases a really scary film with Sidney Prescott’s return.
The True Blood star said, “All I can say is, it’s very scary. It’s a fun ride, and it’s very scary.”
“So I think people are going to be very happy to see Sidney Prescott back in action, and Neve Campbell is incredible in it, so I’m really excited to see her in this role,” she continued.
The You actress added, “I like the Scream franchise. So it’s such an honor to have been a part of it.”
While Camp is a new addition to the cast, Scream 7 is bringing back a slew of legacy characters played by Campbell, Courteney Cox, Matthew Lillard, David Arquette, Scott Foley, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Mason Gooding.
Meanwhile, new Scream cast members include Mark Consuelos, Asa Germann, Mckenna Grace, Celeste O’Connor, Michelle Randolph, and more alongside Anna Camp.
