Dr Chauhan shares a simple exercise to refresh your brain with yoga. To start, choose a quiet spot – even your office chair will do. Follow this sequence:

  • Sit upright and practise Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) for 3 minutes to calm the nervous system.
  • Gently close your eyes and rotate your neck slowly to release built-up tension.
  • Do Bhramari Pranayama for 2–3 minutes to reduce mental chatter.
  • Follow it up with a minute or two of mindful silence or trataka (gazing at a single point)

Chauhan explains, “This simple routine works like a mini-reset button. Your brain gets to unplug not just from devices, but from the incessant mental noise they bring.”
